Shamed dentist died while serving jail sentence

  A disgraced dentist who invented thousands of patients to con the NHS out of nearly £800,000 died while nearing the end of his three year jail sentence, an inquest heard. Jayantilal Mistry, 68, was known to have acute health problems and suffered a fall at HMP Thameside in southeast London.
