Shopper to escape jail for bottle attack

A shopper who left a food bank volunteer needing plastic surgery after attacking her with a beer bottle is set to avoid jail. Asher James, 33, attacked Emily Robinson after branding her a racist while she helped hand out leaflets at the Tesco near Earl’s Court tube station.
