Family of Indian Sikhs ‘posed as Afghans’ to stay in the UK

A family of Sikhs accused of posing as Afghans to illegally claim asylum in the UK have denied entering the country without clearance. Gurbakhsh Singh, 72, wife Ardet Kaur, 68, son Guljeet Singh, 44 and his wife Kawaljeet Kaur, 37, are all alleged to have entered the UK without clearance and without a passport.
