Slapping therapist will avoid jail – when he comes to court

A German therapist who slapped a crying four-year-old boy with learning difficulties up to 20 times will be spared jail. Ramon Priess, 33, hit the boy when he refused to put his shoes and socks on at the end of the session at the Maximum Potential clinic in Devonshire Place, central London.
