Slum landlady lived here for 41 years – never learned English

A slum landlady made a fortune from migrant rents and failed to learn English despite living here for 41 years, a court heard Jumila Hussain, 70, was convicted of renting out a squalid outbuilding as a dwelling to migrant workers.
