An alleged arsonist torched his ex-lover’s flat while high on a ‘zombie’ drug, a court heard. Paul Fenelon, 46, put a naked flame to clothes in his former partner’s apartment causing a blaze to roar through the block smoking out terrified neighbours on 16 April 2018.
