Stabbing victim is lucky to be alive

A 44 year old man allegedly stabbed by a group of teenagers is ‘lucky to have retained his life’, a court heard Kaan Albay, 19, Can Albay, 19, Brandon Adams, 21, and Ali Mohammadian, 19, allegedly left Frederick Omar, 44, fighting for his life at 3.30pm in North Square, Edmonton.
