A suicidal patient was told by staff at a mental health hospital she would ‘go to hell’ if she killed herself, a court heard. Alice Figueiredo, 22, was found dead on an acute psychiatric ward at Goodmayes Hospital on 7 July 2015, the ward was managed by Benjamin Aninakwa, 52.
