A teenager caught with cannabis in his underpants during the lockdown was jailed for eight weeks today (mon). Danny Clark, 19, and friend Mahammad Jalloh, also 19, were stopped at Liverpool Street Station on 18 April and asked why they were out during the coronavirus crisis.
