‘Terrorist had bomb making kit’

A Polish man accused allegedly caught with bomb making chemicals has appeared in court today accused of terrorist offences. Filip Bednarczyk was arrested at his home in Park Street, Luton, Beds, on the eve of the general election. Westminster Magistrates Court heard that documents, devices and a suspicious powder were seized. The 25-year-old is accused with collecting information likely to be to useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism and making or possessing an explosive device….
