Terrorist who plotted mid air carnage is back behind bars

A terrorist who plotted to blow up an aircraft using hydrogen peroxide smuggled on board in drinks bottles is back behind bars. Nabeel Hussain, 39, was jailed for eight years after his role in the 2006 plot to bring down a transatlantic aircraft. The plot led to restrictions on liquids taken on planes. Hussain was jailed again in 2014 after attempting to flee the country to Syria. He is now charged with nine counts of failing to comply with terrorism…
