The Old Bailey trial of six accused terrorists behind a plot to bomb Strasbourg faces months of delays.
Although the men were arrested in February the prosecution are yet to disclose the case papers to defence lawyers.
The Crown now have until June 28 to reveal their case so that the complex trial can go ahead.
The six, who appeared in court with their interpreters, are accused of being members of the Algerian GIA and conspiring with colleagues based in Frankfurt.
They were allegedly forging false identification documents and passports, and cloning credit cards prior to the planned attack.
The six are Abdenour Ghali, 33, of Kings Road, Willesden, Moustpha Labsi, 31, of Cheshire Road, Wood Green, Amar Kichou, 34, of Coppermill Lane, Walthamstow, Llies Koudri, 18, of Camden, Mostapha Melki, 35, and Ali Malik, 38, of Wightman Road, Hornsey.
They are charged with possession of articles for suspected terrorist purposes, possession of equipment, money and documents in circumstances which give rise to reasonable suspicion they were for a purpose connected with the commission, preparation or instigation of acts of terrorism, conspiracy with persons unknown to make false instruments, and conspiracy to defraud the major clearing banks and other financial institutions on or before February 13 this year.
