The skip lorry driver who denies killing pensioner

A skip lorry driver accused of killing a pensioner denied causing his death by careless driving. Wilfred Warrington, 74, known as Curtis, was struck by 51-year-old Colin Grimshaw’s Mercedes-Benz Arocs lorry at a roundabout in New Malden, south London, on 21 July 2022.
