Thug to stand trial over one punch killing of former banker to the Queen

  A thug accused of killing a former banker to the Queen with a single punch was today (tues) ordered to stand trial in February. Trevor Timon, 31, attacked Oliver Dearlove, 30, during a row after a night out in Blackheath Village, southeast London, it is claimed.
