Ticket tout ‘faked illness to scam insurance firm’
A businessman tricked an insurance company out of thousands of pounds by buying up concert tickets then pretending he was sick and could not attend the show. Chaitanya Agrawal, 31, took out a policy which protected him if he was unable to sell the tickets he bought in bulk – then faked illness to make a claim. He is said to have submitted forged medical certificates to Allianz Partners claiming as part of the £7,500 scam. Wearing a green jumper…
