Traveller claims ‘shouting and music drowned out the sound of cop’s death’

A traveller told the Old Bailey today (FRI) he could not hear PC Andrew Harper being dragged to his death behind the car he was in because music was playing on the radio. Albert Bowers, 18, said Kiss FM or Capital radio was blaring out as the newly-wedded officer was tangled in a strap and hauled along a narrow country road for over a mile by his feet.
