Uber wins legal battle to operate in London

Uber today (mon) won its legal fight to continue operating in London after a judge ruled the firm was ‘fit and proper’ to hold a licence. The ride-hailing giant appealed against Transport for London’s decision not to renew its operating licence because of safety breaches that put passengers at risk.
