Upskirter used Gopro camera on the Tube

A kitchen porter who filmed up a Tube passenger’s skirt using a Go Pro camera has avoided jail. Nissim Arakelian, 56, left the woman feeling ‘violated’ and unable to ‘relax and enjoy herself’ after making the video with the camera favoured by bikers and cyclists.
