Upskirting chef Hani Mustafa has been at it for six years

A chef who upskirted a woman at London Bridge Station after he was cautioned for the same offence in 2020 has been spared jail. Hani Mustafa, 45, was spotted filming under a woman’s skirt on an escalator at London Bridge station on 13 April 2024.
