US tourist climbed wall at Buckingham Palace to get arrested

An American tourist scaled a wall at Buckingham Palace to get arrested, a court heard. Joseph Huang Kang, 24, claimed he wanted to get arrested because he had no money and needed medical help, Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard.
