Victory for sanctioned politician Ilan Shor in US court

An Israeli-Moldovan politician sanctioned by the UK won a key legal victory when evidence against him was retracted in an American court. Ilan Shor is now set to mount a legal challenge to his 2017 conviction in Moldova over the disappearance of $1bn USD.
