Wife killer ‘believes his stomach is a fridge’

A bus driver who claimed he killed his wife because ‘coronavirus made him crazy’ suffers from delusions including believing his stomach is a fridge, a court heard. Hussein Egal, 66, told police he had attacked 57-year-old Maryan Ismail because she asked him to move out after he caught the bug during the first lockdown last April 6.
