Woman ‘aided genital mutilation of three-year-old’

A woman accused of aiding the genital mutilation of a three-year-old girl appeared in court today (mon). Amina Noor, 38, allegedly took the youngster to Kenya in 2006 where the procedure was performed. Noor appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court today (mon) wearing a purple hijab and a blue surgical face mask.
