WPC ‘had inappropriate relationship with rape victim’

A woman police officer engaged in an ‘inappropriate relationship’ with a rape victim for more than a year, a court heard today (weds). PC Charlotte Peters, 32, allegedly became involved with the complainant while working within the Sexual Offences, Exploitation and Child Abuse Command.
