Year wait for white van man accused of killing passenger

A white van man accused of killing a female passenger must wait for more than a year to stand trial, a court heard. James Martin, 26, allegedly smashed into 38-year-old Stella Frew, after she ran out of his transit van on 26 July. Ms Frew had been travelling with Martin along Tonfield Road, Sutton, south London.
