A Sudanese man accused of attempting kill cyclists and police officers outside the Houses of Parliament has appeared at Westminster Magistrates court. Salih Khater, 29, was arrested after driving a silver Ford Fiesta into cyclists in Parliament Square on 14 August, in what is claimed to be a terrorist attack.
