Nurse broke patient’s arm

A BUPA care worker broke a patient’s arm while moving her into a bed and covered his tracks by forging a colleague’s signature, a hearing was told. David Leonard was working a night shift at Mount Hall Care Home, Macclesfield, in May 2016, when he accidentally dropped the woman, fracturing the humerus bone in her elbow.
