A conman duped a Dutch shipping firm out of 100 million Euros (£88m) by offering vast returns through secret UN sanctioned investments, a court heard. Paul Sultana, 51, allegedly took part in the plot to swindle Allseas Group Ltd, a company which builds some of the world’s largest ships.
