A crooked businessman who ripped off thousands of football fans is back behind bars after selling match tickets without telling police. David Spanton, 47, was jailed in October 2012 after repeatedly failing to deliver tickets for popular music and sporting events dating back to the 1998 World Cup. Following his conviction Spanton was ordered to notify police when buying and selling multiple tickets but failed to do so on several occasions including for football matches featuring Crystal Palace and QPR….
