Flasher faces jail for exposing himself to teenage girl

A crane supervisor with a history of exposing himself is facing jail for flashing a 14 year-old girl from his bedroom window. Luigi Pellegrino, 28, claimed to have been sanding in the nude at his flat in North Street, Carshalton, but was actually playing with himself in open view.
