£250k fine after worker is crushed to death

A waste management company was fined nearly £250,000 after a labourer was crushed to death by an earthmover. Stelian Florian Gavriliuc, 24, was working at the Neasden Goods Yard in northwest London when he was struck by a Liebherr L544 shovel vehicle on 25 August 2017.
