30 months for visa fraudster

A businessman who helped blow the lid on a vast visa scam which helped more than 1,000 bogus students stay in the UK illegally was jailed for 30 months today. The ‘industrial-scale’ fraud was first uncovered by an undercover BBC Panorama sting in 2014 which triggered a police investigation.
