Restraining order for obsessed sister of Jihadi Sid

The sister of the ISIS executioner known as Jihadi Sid was handed a restraining order after she became obsessed with a journalist. Konika Dhar, 32, sent heart emojis to Sunday Times Security Correspondent Richard Kerbaj after he interviewed her while making documentaries about the families of Islamic terrorists.
