Lockdown protester denies harrassing BBC reporter

An anti-lockdown protester has denied hounding BBC journalist Nicholas Watt in Whitehall last month. Footage shared on social media shows a swarm of protestors chasing the Newsnight political editor on Whitehall, then onto Richmond Terrace, yelling ‘Traitor’. Mr Watt turned to escape only for a mob of around 15 people to chase him across the road.
