A lesbian music teacher who had never had sex with a man was tied up and raped by a well-endowed intruder, the Old Bailey heard today (Mon)

Drug crazed Paul Johnson, 31, forced his way into the victim’s Brixton home claiming he was owed money for drugs.

As he raped her Johnson said: ‘Look at this – when was the last time you have seen a black dick this big?.

Johnson popped blue pills as he grabbed a a lamp flex to tie up the struggling woman.

He pulled down the 38-year-old’s trousers and told her to spread her legs before inserting his fingers into her vagina and saying: ‘It’s just a procedure.

‘

Then as she tried to struggle Johnson forced his penis into her mouth threatening to kill her if she bit it.

He then raped the woman who found the experience ‘painful’ as she had not had full sex with a man before, the jury heard.

She later told police: ‘I felt sickened and disgusted.

‘

But Johnson left crucial evidence when he ejaculated over her chest, said prosecutor Ian Stern.

The court heard the woman returned from a foreign holiday the day before the attack and spent the night with her lesbian lover.

During the afternoon of August 23, 1999 the woman arrived home and spent some time relaxing and playing her violin, said Mr Stern.

But that evening she answered a knock on the door to find a large black male who asked her: ‘Where’s Shaun?’

When the victim told Johnson she did not know who he was talking about he wedged his foot in the door and insisted he was owed pnds stlg 60.

‘She started to scream and he put one hand over her mouth and the other round her neck,’ said Mr Stern.

Johnson dragged her into the bedroom and ‘threatened to kill her if she screamed or moved.

He took pnds stlg 30 pounds she offered him before taking her credit card and pin number.

As she lay on the bed Johnson used his mobile phone to call a pal claiming he would be in trouble if he did not pay.

He then took the telephone and stuffed it in a bag to stop her dialling for help, the jury heard.

‘He pushed her onto the sofa, cutting the flex from the table-side lamp and tied up her wrists and ankles and put a gag in her mouth.

But then as Johnson pulled down her trousers she tried struggling.

‘He told her to spread her legs,’ continued Mr Stern.

‘He pushed down on her legs causing tremendous pain and inserted his fingers into her vagina and was masturbating himself.

‘He rubbed his penis round her vagina and then forced his penis into her mouth threatening to kill her if she bit him.

Johnson then picked her up and put her over a chair, before trying to enter her from behind.

Mr Stern said the defendant asked her: ‘If I let you go will you do it willingly?’

Johnson then performed oral sex before raping her, continued the prosecutor.

‘She found it very painful because she had never had full penetrative intercourse.

‘She was petrified and crying and telling him to stop.

‘He then ejaculated over her chest.

A piece of evidence that was crucial in catching the man responsible for the this crime.

After the assault Johnson wiped his penis on the duvet before taking her credit cards and keys to the flat.

‘He left her in total darkness,’ said Mr Stern.

‘He said he was going to find his friend and would return.

‘She lay there scared for quarter of an hour before mustering the courage to get free.

‘

But although Johnson had taken the phone the victim remembered she kept a spare in the cupboard.

She phoned a neighbour who immediately rang the police.

Two hours later pnds stlg 150 was withdrawn from the victim’s account from a local cash point, said Mr Stern.

But Johnson was not arrested until a year later.

Johnson, of St Johns Crescent, Brixton, denies raping the woman on August 23, 1999 and the trial continues.
