TEENAGER WAS FILMED AS SHE WAS GANG RAPED BY SCHOOLBOYS

A teenage girl told a court how she was gang-raped by three 13-year-old boys who videoed her ordeal on a mobile phone.

The youngsters allegedly subjected the 16-year-old and her best friend to a 40-minute sex ordeal in a park after luring them from a bus.

They stole the girls’ mobile phones then ordered them to earn back their property by getting on their knees to be sexually assaulted and humiliated, jurors heard.

During the assaults in a ‘pitch dark’ park in Churchdown, Bromley, Kent, the girl was allegedly forced to strip and lie face down while she was raped.

The other described being made to perform a ‘disgusting’ sex act.

The terrified victims were finally released but warned they would be killed if they called police, jurors heard.

Giving evidence the first victim, of Orpington, Kent, told Inner London Crown Court how she and her 16-year-old friend were ‘bored’ so took a 261 bus from Bromley to Lewisham, se London.

They were soon accosted by the defendants who joined them on the top deck and started graffitiing on the roof and windows with a marker pen.

‘They started asking where we were from and what our names were and they basically introduced themselves,’ she said.

‘They started getting personal with their questions.

‘They wouldn’t leave us alone and we got off the bus.

‘They got off the bus as well. We started walking and they were walking with us.

‘One of them started talking to me. He grabbed me and touched my bum.

‘I said: ‘Don’t do that.’

‘They kept with their questions.

‘My friend walked ahead and started talking to her boyfriend on her phone.’

They trustingly followed the boys’ directions to another bus stop, which led through the park, she said.

She said: ‘We got some way into the park and they said: ‘Empty your pockets.’

‘They took our mobile phones.

‘One of them said: ‘Give me head or I’ll beat you up.’

‘They said: ‘If you want your mobiles back you’ve got to give us head.

”If you try and run I’ll beat you up.’

‘I was scared and I did it.’

She was then told to strip and the young attacker raped her as she lay face down on the ground.

Moments later a second youngster demanded sex while the another boy filmed what was happening on his mobile.

The boy who had first groped her had been assaulting her friend but then attacked the witness again, the court heard.

‘He came up to me and pushed my head down and made me give him oral sex,’ she said.

‘They said if you’re thinking of telling the police we’ll track you down and kill you.’

Jurors have heard how as soon as the boys were out of sight the sobbing victims hammered on the front door of a neighbouring ‘Good Samaritan’, who took them in and called police.

All three defendants were arrested within a few days of the attacks but claimed either nothing had happened or what took place had been consensual.

The defendants, who live in the Catford area and cannot be named, variously deny a 12-count indictment including robbery, rape, attempted rape and sexual assault on November 23, last year.

All three defendants deny robbing both girls.

The first alleged attacker, now 14, of Catford, se London, further denies two counts of rape and one attempted rape of the same victim.

The second alleged rapist, still 13, also of Catford, further denies two counts of rape and one of assault by penetration in relation to the first victim.

The third, also now 14, of Eltham, se London, further denies one count of rape, one sexual assault and one assault by penetration of the first victim and one count of rape in relation to the second victim.
