A gang of Russian fraudsters who fleeced banks out of millions of pounds and bought Cartier jewellery to launder some of the cash were jailed for a total of more than 16 years. Aslan Abazov, 30, and Aslan Gergov, 29, operated a network of ‘cash mules’ to help cyber criminals launder funds.
