Company director ‘kicked Uber driver in the head’

The director of a management consultancy kicked an Uber driver in the head when he refused to drive him home from an exclusive club, a court heard. Robert Croucher, 35, allegedly kicked Mohammad Hussain at least three times outside private members club Raffles, on King’s Road, Chelsea. Croucher allegedly threw Mr Hussain’s keys onto the street after he refused to drive him, and then attacked him. He has admitted assault by beating, but appeared at Hammersmith Magistrates’ court today (THURS)…
