Jail for refugee rapist

A Sudanese sex attacker who raped a tourist outside a railway station after he was granted asylum in the UK has been jailed for seven years. Salah Koubar, 20, threw the South Korean woman over the railings at West Dulwich Station, dragging her into the bushes.
