Acid thowers jailed

Two youths who inflicted horrific burns by throwing concentrated sulphuric acid hidden in a bottle of Appletise have been jailed for a total of 15 years. Kaha Miah, 20, and a 16-year-old who cannot be named, maimed both their victims and one was partially blinded by acid, which was of the highest strength available.
