A drug dealer who executed a crack smoker in revenge for ‘ripping him off’ has been jailed for a minimum of 29 years. Liam Harman, 27, was knifed at least 11 times in the stairwell of a block of flats with such severity that one of his ribs was shattered and his intestines were left hanging from his body.
