Arsonist who left neighbour homeless spared jail

A Cambridge graduate who left her neighbour homeless for three months after setting his flat ablaze was spared jail today (weds). Muslim convert Julia Chafai, 50, lived upstairs from Jordan Dunkley-Green in Crowland Road, Tottenham, and greeted him as he passed her on his way to the library last 21 October.
