Trial for pro-Brexit pair

A Brexiteer will stand trial with self-styled yellow vest protester James Goddard next month for harassing former Tory MP Anna Soubry. Brian Phillips, 55, appeared at Westminster Magistrates Court to have his case joined with 29-year-old Goddard – who branded proceedings a ‘joke’.
