Nine years for fake mini cab driver

A bogus mini cab driver who kidnapped a woman and took her on a nightmare drive which ended in a deserted carpark has been jailed for nine years. Isaac Mabwa, 33, was driving through central London when he saw his victim walking along Euston Road and offered her a lift home.
