Priest’s foul pics
An Anglican priest appeared in court today accused of hoarding nearly 9,000 images of pornography including woman having oral sex with a dog.
Father William Haymaker, 67, is charged with possessing 216 still images and 181 moving images at Category A – the most serious class for such material.
He is also charged with possessing 384 still images and 142 moving images of a child at Class B and 8,330 still images and 185 moving images at Class C.
Haymaker was ordained in 1984 and is a rector of St Paul’s Anglican Parish in Bexhill, east Sussex, which is part of the Anglican Independent Communion.
Further charges include possessing two prohibited images of a child and 12 images of extreme pornography ‘which portrayed in an explicit and realistic way, a person performing oral sex with a live animal, namely a dog’.
The priest denied all charges at Highbury Magistrates’ Court.
He has been granted unconditional bail ahead of a pretrial hearing at Wood Green Crown Court on April 25.
