Stalker at the hotel

A serial offender repeatedly breached a restraining order by pursuing a woman in a hotel. Craig Anderson, 39, contacted and harassed Caroline Quish five times in just one week in late September last year. Anderson carried out the offences just days after he was made subject of a restraining order by a judge at Isleworth Crown Court.
