Ex Patisserie Valerie boss to face trial in 2026

The former chief financial officer of collapsed bakery chain Patisserie Valerie will face a fraud trial in March 2026, a court heard. Christopher Marsh, 49, is accused of defrauding the company’s shareholders and creditors between October 2015 and October 2018.
