ULEZ camera sprayer hit with £350 clean up bill

An angry carpenter who covered a ULEZ camera with white paint because he felt ‘penalised’ whenever he used his car has been given a £350 clean up bill. Stephen Nunn, 60, was caught by police spray-painting the camera in Hayes Lane, Bromley, south London, at 10.20pm on 27 October.
