A fraudster who sat 55 theory tests for learner drivers is facing jail. Otman Agha-Rida, 23, took the exams at centres across England and Wales during 2021 and 2022. He made £10,225 before staff at a test centre in Hertford became suspicious and called police, City of London Magistrates’ Court heard.
