Cheapside shopkeepers get a five year break from repeat thief Kyle Harrington

A serial shoplifter has been jailed for four months and banned from entering the City of London for five years. Kyle Harrington, 37, of Harlow, Essex, was convicted of stealing more than £1,400 worth of items between 31 March and 9 October 2024 and of a public order offence.
